Who we are

This website is operated by Dongguan Tangxia Xingyu Hardware Products Factory, which sells internationally under the name Haihan CNC. We are a CNC machining factory at No. 9, Xinyi 1st Lane, Lincun, Tangxia Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the quotation form, plus any file you attach. Nothing else, and no more than we need in order to quote:

• Name — required, so we know who we are quoting for
• Email address — required; this is where the quotation is sent
• Company — optional
• Country or region — optional; used for shipping and any import requirements
• Material family — optional
• Estimated quantity — optional; prototype, or pieces per order
• Your description of the part — required
• Drawing or 3D file — optional; PDF, ZIP, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MiB

We do not ask for payment details through this website, and there is no account to create.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation, and to keep a record of that enquiry. If you go on to place an order, the same information is used to run the order. We do not use it for anything else.

What we do not do

Who can see it

Our own staff — the engineers and sales people who quote and produce your parts. Beyond them, only the services that keep this website running:

• Hostinger — our hosting provider. This website, and the enquiry records stored by it, sit on their servers.
• Google — Google Analytics 4, which counts visits to this website. It sees your browser and which pages you open; it never sees what you type into the quotation form. See “Cookies and the video” below.
• Our email service — an enquiry sent through the form is delivered to our sales mailbox so that we can reply to it.

We do not pass your information to any other company, and we do not disclose your drawings or specifications to third parties.

Cookies and the video

There is no advertising or profiling on this website, and we do not use what you send us for either.

We do use Google Analytics 4, a measurement service provided by Google, to count visits and to see how people reach the site — which search terms, which countries, which pages get read. Without it we would be guessing about whether the pages we write are useful. It sets two first-party cookies in your browser, _ga and _ga_<container>, whose only job is to tell one visitor apart from another. Google Analytics 4 does not record or store your IP address, it is not linked to your name, and we do not use it to build a profile of you or to show you advertising.

If you would rather not be counted, block or delete those cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The website works exactly the same either way, and nothing you send us through the quotation form is affected.

One factory video is embedded from YouTube. It is served from YouTube’s no-cookie domain and loads only when you press play — before that, nothing is requested from YouTube at all. Once you press play, YouTube’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that playback.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as it takes to quote and, if an order follows, for as long as we are required to keep order and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry and any drawings you sent at any time, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your choices

Write to sales@haihancnc.com and we will:

• tell you what we hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete it, unless we are required by law to keep it.

If you would rather not use the form at all, email or call us instead — the same people answer both.

Changes to this page

If the way we handle information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
