Our Equipment

62 machines on one floor — the turning, stamping and inspection capacity behind every quotation.

Every part we quote is made on our own machines. Nothing in your order is passed to a third-party workshop, which means the lead time you are given is a schedule we control and the price you are quoted is not carrying somebody else’s margin.

Below is the machine park as it stands in our 2026 equipment list — 62 production and inspection machines on a 1,000+ m² floor in Tangxia, Dongguan.

The three turning processes, and what runs them

Most enquiries land on one of three machines. The diameter and the length of your part decide which — and that decision is where the price comes from.

Core Turning Capacity

Swiss-Type TurningThree Qtone QT-20S sliding-headstock lathes. Ø1–13 mm as daily work, up to Ø20 mm by review — the answer for slender parts where the diameter-to-length ratio rules out anything else.
CNC TurningTwo Jiecheng JSX-46 lathes. Ø1–40 mm as daily work, up to Ø45 mm by review — the workhorse for bar work, threads and general turned parts.
Turn-Mill CompoundThree Yamamoto CK-6146 lathes. Ø1–40 mm and up to 220 mm long, up to Ø46 mm by review — cross-holes, flats and slots machined in the same clamping as the turning.

Why the machine list matters to your quotation

The diameter decides the machine, and the machine decides the price. A Ø4 mm part that is 40 mm long is not “a small part” — it is Swiss-type work. Run it on a lathe instead and you get slow cycles and a worse part. Quoting it on the right machine is often the difference between a competitive price and one you would reject.

Turn-mill compound removes a second operation. A cross-hole normally means a second set-up, a second fixture and a tolerance stack between two machines. On the CK-6146 it is machined in the same clamping — cheaper, and more accurate wherever the hole has to be true to the turned diameter.

Fifteen automatic lathes change what “high volume” means. Simple turned parts — brass inserts, spacers, nuts — run above a million pieces a month. If your part is simple and you need it in quantity, ask for it to be quoted on the automatics: the piece price is a different order of magnitude.

Equipment — Common Questions

Can I see the machines?
Yes. There is a walkthrough video of the shop floor on our home page, and we are happy to arrange a live video call so you can watch the machines running. If you are in Dongguan, you are welcome to visit in person.
Do you outsource any machining?
No machining process is outsourced. Heat treatment, plating and anodising are carried out by long-standing specialist partners, because those are separate processes rather than something a lathe does.
How do I know which machine my part will run on?
Send the drawing and the quotation will tell you which process we would use and why. Where two processes are both viable we quote the one that lands best on cost and capability, and say so.
What is the largest part you can machine?
Up to Ø46 mm in machining diameter by review, and up to 1.5 m in length on the horizontal lathe. For anything outside that, tell us the envelope and we will confirm what is possible.
Not sure which process fits your part?Send the drawing — dimensions, tolerance and quantity are enough for us to tell you which machine it belongs on, and what it should cost.Get a Quote →
Have a drawing — or just a part in mind? Send a STEP, DWG, DXF or PDF file, a photo, or post us a sample. You will hear back from the engineers who will actually make the part, usually within one working day. Request a Quote →
