The questions overseas buyers ask us most often. If yours is not here, just ask — we answer within one working day.
We are the factory. Haihan CNC is the export brand of Dongguan Tangxia Xingyu Hardware Products Factory, which has run its own machine shop in Dongguan since 2008. Everything we quote is machined or stamped on our own 62 production and inspection machines. Core machining stays in this building — heat treatment and surface finishing are arranged with long-term partners and confirmed in the quotation. You deal directly with the engineers who make your parts.
Our standard MOQ is 100 pcs per part number. For prototypes and first articles we accept lower quantities — typically 5–20 pcs — so you can validate the part before committing to production.
We reply within one working day. Straightforward turned parts are usually quoted the same day; parts with multiple features or several processes need a DFM review first and take one to two working days.
Yes. Alongside brass, copper, aluminum, carbon steel and stainless steel, we machine engineering plastics on our CNC milling and engraving machines — POM-C, PA6 nylon, PEEK, PTFE and ABS are grades we run regularly. Other grades on request.
±0.01 mm is our standard machining tolerance, with a surface roughness of Ra 1.6. Send your drawing and we will confirm what is achievable on the specific features before quoting.
Yes. We work from drawings (STEP, IGS, DWG, DXF, PDF) or from a physical sample. If you send a sample, we measure it and confirm the geometry with you before production starts.
A 2D drawing with tolerances and material specification (PDF or DWG), plus a 3D model if you have one (STEP or IGS). If you only have a sample, send clear photos with overall dimensions and we will advise on the next step.
Sandblasting, anodizing, blackening, zinc and nickel plating, polishing, electro-coating, passivation, PVD and titanium plating.
CNC turning, turn-mill compound machining, Swiss-type turning, automatic lathe machining, CNC milling and engraving, and metal stamping. All of them run on our own machines — we do not outsource your core processes.
We run a three-stage inspection system certified to ISO 9001:2015: incoming inspection of raw material and certificates, first-article and patrol checks during production, and outgoing inspection before shipment. Inspection records and dimensional reports can be supplied with your shipment on request.
Lead time depends on the part and the quantity, so we confirm it in the quotation. As a guide, samples are ready in about 7 working days and production runs average around 30 working days. We schedule everything on our own machines and ship worldwide by express, air or sea.
Payment is 30% deposit by T/T, with the balance of 70% before shipment. We also accept PayPal. We quote on EXW, FOB Shenzhen (Yantian) or CIF — tell us which you prefer.
Inner packaging is PE bags, blister trays or EPE foam depending on how much protection the part needs. Outer cartons are made to your specification, and we can palletise the shipment on request.
Dimensional reports, first-article inspection (FAI) reports, material certificates, salt-spray test reports and hardness test reports. Tell us which you need with your RFQ and we will confirm them in the quotation.
Samples are usually ready in about 7 working days. Production averages around 30 working days and is confirmed per project when we quote — complex parts and special surface finishes take longer.
Yes. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 13485:2016 (GB/T 42061-2022) for the manufacture of hardware turned parts for medical devices, certificate no. 39125M208006R0S, valid until 24 August 2028. We also hold ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Attach your drawing or describe your part — our engineers reply with DFM feedback and pricing.
