We are a factory, not a broker. Every process below runs on machines we own, in a 1,000 m² workshop in Tangxia, Dongguan — about 60 production and inspection machines in total, operated by our own machinists. When you send a drawing, the quote and the DFM feedback come from the engineers who will actually make the part.
Which process fits your part depends on its shape, its material and its volume — and often two of them compete on price. Tell us what the part has to do and we will tell you which route we would run, and why.
Our Machining Processes
How to choose
As a rule of thumb: if the part is round and comes off bar stock, it is a turning job. If it needs features on more than one face, turn-mill removes the second operation. If it is long relative to its diameter — a needle, a pin, a slender shaft — Swiss-type holds the tolerance that ordinary turning cannot. If it is flat or formed from sheet, it is stamped.
That said, the boundary is not sharp, and we quote more than one route when it makes sense. The cheapest answer is not always the one you expected.
