Equipment builders have a particular problem: a machine that costs six figures can sit idle waiting for a bracket, a bushing or a fitting that costs almost nothing. The parts are simple, the volumes are low, and the priority is that they arrive correct and on time rather than cheap.
That is a good fit for how we work. Low minimum order quantities, no tooling investment to justify, and the ability to run a one-off and a production batch through the same shop.

One-off parts and replacement spares
Not everything needs a production run. If a machine is down and a component has failed, we can machine a replacement to the drawing or from the failed part itself — reversing the critical dimensions and confirming them with you before cutting metal. Tell us it is urgent and we will give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one.
About aerospace
We are occasionally asked about aerospace work, so to be straightforward: we do not hold AS9100 certification and we do not quote flight-critical parts. Where a part is for ground support equipment, tooling or general industrial use and does not carry an aerospace certification requirement, we can machine it to drawing like any other component. If your part does require AS9100, we are not your supplier and we will say so immediately.
