CNC turning is the core of what we do. Round parts that start life as bar stock — shafts, pins, spacers, bushings, threaded inserts, fittings — come off our lathes held to ±0.01 mm, with a surface finish of Ra 1.6 as standard.
Bar capacity runs from Ø1 mm to Ø46 mm, and the auto-feeding machines take up to Ø50 mm. Maximum workpiece length on the horizontal lathes is 1.5 m. Whether you need five prototypes or half a million production parts, the same machines and the same operators make them.

What we need from you
A drawing is the fastest route — 2D with tolerances, or 3D STEP/IGES with a critical-dimension list. If you only have a sample, post it to us and we will reverse-engineer it and confirm the dimensions before quoting. If you have neither, describe the function and we will suggest a starting geometry.
Worth telling us up front: which dimensions are actually critical, what the part has to fit into, the annual volume, and whether it will be machined again later. Those four answers usually change the quoted process.
